The Barties.com uses e-Parcel with Australia Post as our preferred shipper.
Your parcel will be delivered to the addressee stated, and a signature obtained, parcel is scanned as delivered. If your parcel can’t be delivered the addressee may collect and sign for the parcel from your local post office.
The shipping time guides provided on this website indicate approximate shipping times only - they are not guaranteed delivery times. The Barties.com cannot be held responsible for delays in orders arriving at their destinations. This includes, but is not limited to: delays with any nominated carriers or carrier agents/representatives, delays in customs processing and clearance, delays resulting from industrial strikes/protests/wars/natural disasters.
The Barties.com will provide assistance in locating any delayed or missing parcels to the best to our ability.
Delivery Times
Approximate delivery times to most Australian metropolitan areas is within 1-3 business days, and some regional areas within 2-5 business days. However, depending on the final destination and taking into the consideration of rural areas of Australia this delivery time is not guaranteed. Our Rights
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
Availability of Stock
All orders are subject to availability of stock, if an order is placed and the product is out of stock, we will immediately notify this action by using either email or phone with details provided. All monies in relation to the out of stock product will be refunded using original method received.
Refund Policy
Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 you may seek a refund if goods:
- are or become faulty through no fault of your own.
- don’t match our description.
- have defects that were not obvious to both parties.
However, goods must be returned within 14 days and you will be asked for proof of purchase.
Once an item is returned, the product will be inspected and returned to the manufacturer before
we issue any decision in regards to a refund. Clothing, shoes or any attire must not be worn or washed.
All items must be returned as new, with original packaging.
Please note, choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind, decide you no longer want the goods or just don’t like them, or find that the goods are the wrong size or colour.
You are also not entitled to a refund if you find the same or similar goods elsewhere for a cheaper price or find a defect that was clearly labelled as seconds or faulty prior to purchase.
Remember to keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
